Conditions for degree completion – graduate degree students on a research track

Students must be registered at Bar-Ilan in the year in which they submit their thesis, thesis-equivalent work or dissertation.

Participation in the master’s thesis final exam is contingent upon meeting the program’s requirements for minimum average course grade, including in Jewish studies and foreign languages. It is the duty of the department to verify that these conditions have been met.

All academic requirements, including course load, thesis/thesis-equivalent work/dissertation submission, thesis/thesis-equivalent exam, submission of revisions (should these be required) and thesis/thesis-equivalent work/dissertation approval must be completed by the end of degree studies. Students who do not meet these requirements shall incur additional tuition charges, per tuition policy.
