Leave of absence

A request for a leave of absence is to be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies together with a recommendation by the departmental committee chair. Requests shall be approved in special circumstances only, and for a period that does not exceed or fall below one year.

Students for whom a year-long leave of absence has been approved will not be charged tuition for that year.
